Legal solidarity and education for radical action toward liberation and equality

We believe that preparation for repression is a necessary tool for social movements. By organizing in advance, we seek to transform the ordinarily oppressive experience of arrest and incarceration into one in which power is built through careful legal solidarity.

Request Support

We cultivate legal solidarity, offer popular education, and provide support for direct actions, protests, demonstrations, and communities resisting displacement. We connect people with networks of available resources.

Support

Support people and groups taking direct action, or otherwise risking arrest, from action preparation through initial court appearances.

Legal Hotline

Maintain a hotline that can respond to legal emergencies that occur during and after, track people through the initial legal process, and help people and groups organize for their first appearances.

Workshops

Create and conduct workshops about handling confrontations with law enforcement, navigating the system, and organizing legal solidarity.
